Role & responsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & Accounting:Prepare standalone & consolidated financial statements as per IND AS/ASEnsure timely monthly, quarterly, and annual book closuresRevenue recognition in line with IND AS 115Lease accounting as per IND AS 116P&L preparation and project profitability analysisBudgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisAudit & Compliance:Handle statutory, internal, concurrent, and stock auditsPrepare SOPs and RCMs for finance operationsEnsure adherence to financial controls and complianceTaxation:Manage GST registration, return filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation)Ensure direct tax compliance, ITR filing, and tax auditsManage TDS compliance and return filingProcess Improvement:Identify revenue leakage and cost-saving opportunitiesDrive automation in finance processesImprove O2C (Order to Cash) and R2R (Record to Report) processesConduct cost-benefit analyses for business decisionsTechnical Skills:SAP (S/4 HANA preferred), TallyAdvanced MS Excel & MS OfficeKnowledge of GST & Income Tax complianceSoft Skills:Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and collaboration skillsAttention to detail and accuracyPreferred Candidate Profile:5 years of relevant experience in Finance & AccountsCA (Inter / Qualified) with BCom (Hons) degreeHands-on experience in financial reporting, audits, taxation, and process improvementsExposure to ERP systems and automation toolsRole: Finance & Accounting - OtherIndustry Type: Pharmaceutical & Life SciencesDepartment: Finance & AccountingEmployment Type: Full Time, PermanentRole Category: Finance & Accounting - OtherEducationPG: CA in CAImmediate Joiners Preferred
