Catering to a diverse clientele including small to large enterprises across various sectors, MNS has a dynamic workforce of >150 employees, driving its vision of delivering comprehensive credit management solutions globally.As a Talent Acquisition Lead at MNS, you will lead the talent acquisition charter end-to-end—owning hiring strategy, delivery, stakeholder alignment, and process excellence across operations, collections, and corporate functions. You will build predictable hiring systems, develop strong pipelines for recurring roles, and raise the quality bar through structured evaluation and tighter closure discipline.This is a high-ownership role that requires strong business partnering: you will work closely with leadership and functional heads to plan and execute hiring that directly impacts growth, service quality, and customer outcomes.Key Responsibilities1) Hiring Strategy & PlanningPartner with functional heads to forecast hiring needs and translate plans into a prioritized hiring roadmap (P0/P1/P2).Calibrate roles, JDs, interview scorecards, and compensation ranges with business leaders.2) Sourcing & Pipeline BuildingBuild strong pipelines via LinkedIn, portals, referrals, local networks, and selective agencies.Maintain a “ready bench” for high-frequency roles (Collections/AR, client servicing, BIR analysts).3) End-to-End Hiring & ClosureOwn the full hiring lifecycle: sourcing → screening → interviews → offer → pre-boarding.Drive strong candidate experience, fast decisioning, negotiation, counter-offer handling, and joining assurance.4) TA Operations & MetricsTrack core metrics: time-to-fill, time-to-offer, offer-to-join, source mix, funnel conversions.Publish a weekly dashboard, identify bottlenecks, and improve process/ATS hygiene.5) Employer BrandingPartner with marketing/leadership to strengthen employer brand and run targeted hiring/referral campaigns.What You Bring8–10+ years in end-to-end TA; experience in BFSI/B2B SAAS, or fast-scaling teams preferred.Strong stakeholder management, sourcing depth, and proven closure capability.Comfortable building systems: scorecards, process discipline, dashboards/ATS reporting.High ownership, structured execution, and sharp judgement on culture-fit and integrity.
