With a strong network of creators, we create campaigns that spark conversations, build trust, and achieve measurable results.Role Description We are looking for a dynamic and organized individual to join RCLASHERS MEDIA as an Influencer Marketing Coordinator. This is a full-time role based in Delhi, offering flexibility for both onsite and remote work.The Influencer Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for managing influencer campaigns from start to finish, including creative planning, talent sourcing, execution, and results measurement. The role also involves developing and maintaining strong relationships with influencers and brands, optimizing campaign strategies based on trends and platform insights, and ensuring ROI-driven outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Talent Management: Build and maintain relationships with top creators across India.Influencer Outreach: Identify, reach out to, and onboard creators for campaigns.Campaign Execution: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring influencer marketing campaigns.Coordination: Serve as the key point of contact between creators and internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance and report insights for continuous improvement.Qualifications & Skills:Experience in influencer campaigns, talent sourcing, and campaign execution.Skills in brand management, creator management, and relationship building with influencers.Ability to develop and implement ROI-driven strategies.Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance and applying platform insights.Strong organizational and communication skills.Familiarity with current digital trends and social media platforms.Previous experience in a related field is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
