In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates. Responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. The Assistant Manager will also analyze recruitment metrics, stay abreast of industry trends, and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to fulfill organizational hiring needs. Qualifications Recruitment and talent acquisition expertise, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding strategiesStrong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholdersExperience in creating and maintaining recruitment metrics, as well as knowledge of applicant tracking systems or HR software toolsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively and meeting deadlinesKnowledge of industry-specific recruitment practices and familiarity with employment laws and compliance regulationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field; advanced certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a strong plusPrior experience in a risk advisory, consulting, or professional services environment is an added advantage
