The General Manager of Recruitment will oversee recruitment operations, develop and implement effective hiring strategies, and manage relationships with stakeholders to address talent needs. The role involves managing recruitment campaigns, executing talent acquisition processes, optimising recruitment strategies, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals.QualificationsExpertise in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Strategy, and Workforce PlanningKnowledge of Candidate Sourcing, Screening, and Selection processesLeadership and Team Management skills, including managing recruitment teamsData Analysis and Recruitment Metrics interpretation to improve hiring efficiencyStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and candidatesExperience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment marketing tools is preferredAbility to create a positive candidate experience and drive employer branding initiativesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications in HR are a plusExtensive knowledge of employment laws, compliance policies, and best HR practicesMinimum 20 years of experience in HR & Recruitment of blue and white collar jobs, of which 5 years of overseas experience is a must.  Responsible for setting up recruitment offices pan-IndiaHandling statutory approvals and administrative coordination
