Ltd.)Role Overview:We’re looking for a Relationship Manager who will be responsible for taking care of the complete life cycleof Corporate Customers spread across the country availing Chai Point Brewing Bots SolutionsKey Responsibilities:Managing the complete lifecycle of the Customer to deliver a delightful experience.Finding new growth opportunity from the existing clientele like deployment of Chai Point brewing solution at their upcoming & existing locationsEducating customers about the new products getting added.Understanding Customer issues and resolving the same by coordinating with different departments.Co-ordinating with the Finance team on Invoicing, Payments & reconciliation.Always keep DSO (Days of Sales outstanding) under 45 daysTaking care of customer requirementMaintain Customer satisfaction score.Expedite solution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.Co-ordination with internal team to deliver the best experience.Visiting all the clients regularlyRequirements:Working directly with large global accounts across IndiaExposure of connecting with the HR & admin Heads of organizations with Regional & National presenceInteraction with CFO, Finance controller & other leaders of the Finance team at the client end.Working closely with different department heads and teams.Exposure towards process improvementMust Have:Excellent communication skillsExcellent Interpersonal SkillsMinimum 5+ Years B2B Sales & Relationship Management experienceShould have experience of managing multiple simultaneous accounts & clients.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectivelyExperience of handling Invoicing dispute and Payment follow through.Willing to be on fieldWhy Chai Point?Work with some of India’s largest corporate clients across diverse industries.Be part of a purpose-driven, fast-scaling consumer brand backed by marquee investors.Enjoy a performance-driven culture with no cap on incentives.Thrive in a collaborative, entrepreneurial, and impact-focused work environment.
