For one of our client in the Sports Tech :They are on a mission to make sports more accessible by building the digital backbone for sports facilities and players across India. With a passionate product team already in place, they are looking for a senior leader to drive strategy, sharpen execution, and guide the team towards building a world-class sports tech experience.What you’ll ownDefine and own the long-term product vision and short-term roadmap in line with business goals.Translate business needs and user insights into clear product strategies and feature pipelines.Set up systems for product tracking, analytics, and reporting with a sharp focus on retention and engagement.Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Mentor and guide a young product team, raising the bar on execution and product thinking.Champion user experience and data-driven decision making across the org.What we’re looking for:8-14 years of product management experience, including ownership of end-to-end product lifecycles.Strong strategic thinking with proven ability to balance vision with execution.Deep experience in consumer-facing or marketplace products, ideally in fast-scaling environmentsStrong analytical skills — able to turn data into actionable insights (retention, funnels, engagement).Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.A mentor and team-builder who thrives in fast-paced environments.
