Job Title: Business Head – Aluminum LadderDepartment: Sales & Business Operations Reporting To: Managing Director / CEO Location: Delhi NCR,Mumbai Industry: Manufacturing / Building Materials / Industrial Safety EquipmentJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Head – Aluminum Ladder to lead and scale the complete aluminum ladder business vertical. The role will be responsible for strategic planning, revenue growth, market expansion, channel development, product positioning, and profitability. The incumbent will drive end-to-end operations including sales, marketing, distribution, and coordination with production and supply chain teams.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic & Business LeadershipDevelop and execute short-term and long-term business strategies for the aluminum ladder division.Own P&L responsibility, ensuring revenue growth, cost control, and profitability.Identify new markets, segments, and applications (industrial, construction, domestic, institutional).Define pricing strategies, product mix, and go-to-market plans.Sales & Market DevelopmentDrive pan-India / regional sales growth through distributors, dealers, key accounts, and project sales.Build and strengthen channel partner networks and OEM relationships.Lead key customer negotiations and large institutional / B2B deals.Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.Product & Brand ManagementWork closely with R&D and production teams on new product development, customization, and quality improvements.Ensure products comply with safety standards and certifications.Strengthen brand positioning in the aluminum ladder and access equipment category.Operations & Cross-Functional CoordinationCoordinate with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, and finance for smooth operations.Forecast demand and ensure optimal inventory levels.Improve operational efficiencies and reduce lead times.Team LeadershipBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales and business team.Set targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.Drive a culture of accountability, innovation, and customer focus.Desired Candidate ProfileEducationMBA / PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred)Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Commerce is an advantageExperience12–20 years of experience in building materials, aluminum products, industrial safety, or allied industriesMinimum 5+ years in a senior leadership role handling business head or vertical head responsibilitiesStrong experience in B2B sales, channel management, and P&L ownershipSkills & CompetenciesStrong business acumen and strategic thinkingExcellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsDeep understanding of aluminum products, ladders, scaffolding, or access solutions (preferred)Analytical, result-oriented, and customer-centric mindset
