This is not a back-office role. You will be at the heart of the action, working shoulder-to-shoulder with senior bankers on live transactions from day one.The role offers a dynamic opportunity to engage in complex financial transactions, collaborate with seasoned professionals, and contribute to high-impact client engagements.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild & Own Financial Models: Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models (DCF, M&A accretion/dilution, three-statement forecasts) to evaluate transactions and guide client strategy.Drive Market & Company Analysis: Conduct deep-dive industry research, competitive benchmarking, and company profiling to identify opportunities and risks.Craft the Narrative: Prepare compelling pitch decks, information memoranda, and client presentations that tell a powerful growth story.Execute Flawlessly: Support all phases of transaction execution—from initial due diligence and data room management to coordinating with legal, accounting, and regulatory advisors.Deliver Insights: Transform raw data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for both our internal teams and clients.QualificationsMaster’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.1–3 years of experience in investment banking, corporate finance, or similar roles, including internships.Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling and valuation methodologies.Exceptional analytical capabilities with a meticulous approach to data analysis.Solid understanding of due diligence and transaction execution procedures.Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with databases such as Tracxn or Venture Intelligence is advantageous.Superior verbal and written communication abilities for engaging with clients and stakeholders.Proven ability to excel in dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced environments.Why Join Us?Exposure to high-profile transactions across diverse industries.Mentorship from experienced investment banking professionals.Competitive compensation and growth opportunities in a merit-driven culture.Location: New Delhi, India
