Job Description: Analyst – Blended Finance Location:Noida (Hybrid) Type:Part Time / Full-time Designation:Analyst – Blended FinanceAbout Lightroad Lightroad designs and manages blended finance facilities that bring together philanthropic, public, and private capital to unlock funding across Livelihoods, Education & Skilling, Healthcare, and Climate Action. We work closely with financial institutions, social enterprises, CSR arms, foundations, governments, and investors to build scalable, outcome-driven financing models that address complex social and environmental challenges.Role Overview The Analyst will work closely with Lightroad’s leadership team to support the design, implementation, and management of live blended finance initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to how capital is structured, deployed, and tracked across real-world programs.The Analyst will contribute to multiple active engagements, including: Green Raah -an electric mobility–led climate financing program enabling livelihood generation through partnerships with financial institutions and philanthropic donors A GIZ-supported Distributed Renewable Energy (DRE) financing projectfocused on enabling women micro-entrepreneurs to access DRE technologies for livelihood enhancements An Asia-level study on innovative financingmodels across health and allied sectors, involving landscape analysis and strategic recommendationsThis role is well suited for candidates seeking to build a strong foundation inblended finance, development finance, and implementation-led impact work.Key Responsibilities Blended Finance Support:Assist in the design and management of blended finance facilities across priority sectors Stakeholder Coordination:Support engagements with banks, NBFCs, donors, investors, CSR teams, social enterprises, consultants, and government partners Proposals & Documentation : Draft and support concept notes, investment memos, presentations, and funding proposals Data & Analysis : Support financial analysis, data validation, and tracking of program and partner performance Research & Insights : Conduct sectoral and market research to inform financing structures and strategic decisions Monitoring & Impact : Support tracking and reporting of economic, social and environmental impact Consulting Support : Contribute to advisory assignments on innovative finance and impact strategyQualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Development Studies, or related fields 0-3 years of experience in finance, consulting, development, CSR, or impact investing Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Clear written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated proficiency in data analysis, MS Excel, presentation development, and research tools; ability to leverage AI tools and Canva preferred Ability to manage multiple workstreams in an evolving environmentWhy Join Lightroad Work on live blended finance facilities, not theoretical models- Gain hands-on experience with real financing programs involving banks, donors, and governments.
