Job Description: QC/QA ManagerCompany: MARS CosmeticsLocation: DelhiRole Summary:To ensure all MARS Cosmetics products meet the highest quality and safety standards by managing the end-to-end quality lifecycle, from raw material sourcing to finished good dispatch, while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Incoming Quality Control: Oversee inspection and testing of all Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) against standard specifications.Finished Goods Release: Conduct final quality checks on finished products and authorize release for distribution.Compliance & Documentation: Maintain all quality documentation (COA, MSDS, Batch Records) and ensure compliance with regulatory standards (BIS, CDSCO, ISO).Vendor Management: Conduct audits of contract manufacturers and raw material suppliers to ensure external quality compliance.Lab Management: Manage the internal QA lab, ensuring equipment calibration and valid testing methodologies.CAPA: Lead investigations into customer complaints or quality deviations and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).Requirements:Education: B.Sc/M.Sc in Chemistry, Cosmetic Technology, or related field.Experience: 5+ years in Quality Control/Assurance within the Color Cosmetics or Personal Care industry.Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of cosmetic formulations, color matching, GMP, and ISO 22716 standards.• • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, decisive leadership, and problem-solving ability.
