About the RoleOrder Processing & Execution: Processing Sales orders logged by Sales team with Customer’s PO. Verification of all Commercial & Technical aspects and communicate with Sales team in case any queries in SO & PO.ResponsibilitiesOrder execution & Invoice preparation: Preparation of accurate Sales Invoices, applying correct taxes (GST) and managing e-Invoice and e-waybills as per compliance and GST aspects. Communication with Stores dept. for packaging aspects.Data Accuracy: Verify billing information, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.Internal Communication & Coordination: Handling of Sales team inquiries, resolving after Sales discrepancies if any. Accounts departments for smooth order processing and billing.Record-Keeping: Maintain records in system and filing of hard copies of invoice and courier dockets.Coordination with Logistics: Managing daily dispatch by choosing cost competitive mode of dispatch and ensuring timely pickups/deliveries by Logistics/Courier partners. Escalation in case something is stuck-up unexpectedly which is urgently needed.QualificationsEducation: Graduation in Experience: 1-3 years experienced in billing, booking or a similar role, Fresher can also apply if having communication skills and good command on English language.Computer Skills: Ability in billing software, MS Office (especially Excel), capability of mail communication and time management.Knowledge: Preferable Familiarity with GST, HSN codes, e-invoicing, and financial regulations (especially in healthcare/retail if applicable). Required SkillsResiding in Gandhinagar city or surrounding area’s candidates are preferableImmediate joiners OR less notice period in earlier organisation.
