Project Coordination & Timeline ManagementEstablish and track project timelines for various initiatives, ensuring all milestones are clearly defined and achieved.Facilitate cross-functional coordination and communication among key stakeholders and departments, including:HR (Human Resources)FinanceQA/RA (Quality Assurance / Regulatory Affairs)R&D / Manufacturing (Research & Development / Manufacturing)Clinical (Clinical Operations)2. Planning & Resource ManagementSupport the planning process by assisting in the assessment and allocation of required resources.Monitor and track the availability and utilization of key project resources, including:Financial resources and budgetsRaw material needs and supply chain requirementsManpower (personnel) assignments and capacity3.
