Our practice addresses the continuum of opportunities in business intelligence & visualization, data management, performance management and next-generation analytics and technologies, including big data, cloud, cognitive and machine learning.What We’re Looking For✅ 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services product development ✅ Strong understanding of digital banking platforms, customer onboarding, and loan origination systems ✅ Proven experience in Agile/Scrum frameworks ✅ Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills ✅ Familiarity with banking compliance standards (PCI, WCAG, FFIEC) ✅ Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar toolsKey ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage the product backlog for digital banking initiativesDefine user stories, features, and acceptance criteria aligned with banking workflowsCollaborate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact featuresWork closely with clients and product managers to refine the product roadmapParticipate in Agile ceremonies – sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectivesEnsure timely releases with strong documentation and stakeholder communicationMaintain comprehensive product documentation, release notes, and training materialsHow you will growAt Deloitte, our professional development plan focuses on helping people at every level of their career to identify and use their strengths to do their best work every day.
