Revenue and Statutory Compliance : Oversee revenue documentation and assist the team in coordinating land conversions, approvals, and other statutory processes with government authorities. Legal Document Procurement : Facilitate the collection and verification of all necessary legal documents from landowners, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. Drafting and Reviewing Legal Documents : Prepare, draft, and review a variety of legal documents, including agreements, contracts, and deeds.
