Key focus areas include TPM implementation, Lean Six Sigma certifications, digital transformation support, and regular reporting of performance metrics and savings.Key Responsibilities:Project Identification & ExecutionIdentify and lead improvement projects across process plants, utilities, SCM, and procurement, including CAPEX proposals and purchase requisitions. Responsible for delivering Business Impact by improving business processes, solving problems, and driving change management within the site.Cost Savings & Performance MonitoringDrive annual savings targets for the Bharuch site, validate savings with Finance, and report key metrics like OPE, OEE, and monthly savings.Operational Excellence Conduct Business Process Reviews to enhance site-wide efficiency.5S & AuditingMonitor 5S scores monthly and conduct zone audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.Digital transformationSupport digital transformation under SURGE Lean InitiativesFacilitate Lean Six Sigma certifications (White, Yellow, Green Belt).Reporting & CommunicationPrepare presentations and reports for project reviews and stakeholder updates.Program Management skillsLeading clusters of individual projects in parallel through wide cross-functional teamsPeople Leadership: Ability to coach & mentor peopleStrong Quantitative and problem solving ability: Ability to conceptualize complex problems and develop an Analytical road map for them.Demonstrates the ability to facilitate meetings to generate ideas and make key decisions.The Person5–10 years of experience in driving Business Excellence initiatives / Process Improvement in Chemical/ Pharma – API/ FMCG industries with focus on process engineering/ projects & technical services/ production/ operational excellence roleB.E – Chemical [Preferably from Premier Institute like IIT, NIT, Govt. Engg.
