MSME Sales New Business DevelopmentDesignation: Strategic Account Manager - New Client AcquisitionLocation: BKC, MumbaiKEY RESPONSIBILITIESLead new customer acquisition initiatives within the designated territoryEvaluate and screen databases provided by the pre-sales team to identify key decision-makers such as Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Business Heads using platforms like company websites, LinkedIn, and other online resourcesConduct outbound calls to potential clients, present product offerings, and schedule meetings independentlyMaintain daily productivity by making a minimum of 6070 calls per dayDemonstrate a strong track record of successful sales closures, particularly within the MSME sectorPossess excellent communication and probing skills to support effective customer acquisitionPrepare and share daily call status reports/MIS, detailing clients contacted/met and new companies added to the databaseProvide daily updates on all sales activitiesManage the complete contract lifecycle process, from order entry to dispatch (excluding document collection)Engage with client’s post-sale through feedback calls to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction KEY REQUIREMENTSMBA or any post-graduation with relevant experience of 2.5 - 4 years in new client acquisition Strong experience in B2B sales/ corporate salesExperience in complete sales cycle, should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.Strong record of achieving sales year on yearStrong communication and interpersonal skills.
