Makoons Group of Schools is looking for a Senior Manager – Academics to lead and ensure academic excellence across all centers.Key Responsibilities:Ensure effective implementation of curriculum and academic standards across centersPlan and conduct teacher training and academic workshopsMonitor academic quality through audits, center visits, and reviewsGuide and mentor academic teams and center headsSupport curriculum enhancement and academic content developmentCoordinate with franchise partners and internal teamsRequirements:Master’s degree in Education / Child Development (preferred)7–12 years of experience in preschool/school academicsStrong leadership, training, and communication skillsWillingness to travel pan-India
