The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role involves driving all tasks related to HR Business Partnering, working closely with different functions to help drive strategic initiatives. The candidate must be highly proactive, great at execution, and work with a strong sense of ownership. They will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the CEO and CTO.What You’ll OwnImplement and manage people policies, procedures, and programs across the organization..Own Talent Acquisition, talent quality, and retention ensuring proactive hiring, strong internal talent movement, and a consistently high quality bar across the organization.Act as a trusted advisor and honest broker between founders, leadership, and stakeholders, providing objective, data-backed people perspectives while balancing business needs and culture.Lead Global HR strategy and execution across India, the US, and future geographies.
