This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with people, building hiring processes, and supporting employee lifecycle activities in a growing organization.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent AcquisitionManage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selectionPartner with department heads to understand hiring requirementsPost jobs on job portals, LinkedIn, and social channelsConduct HR interviews and support salary discussionsCoordinate interview scheduling and candidate communicationMaintain recruitment trackers, databases, and hiring reportsSupport campus hiring and internship programsHR OperationsSupport onboarding and induction of new employeesPrepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documentationMaintain employee records in HRMSCoordinate joining formalities and background verificationSupport attendance and payroll inputsHandle employee queries and HR coordinationAssist with employee engagement initiatives and internal communicationSupport performance appraisal cycles and HR compliance documentationSkills & QualificationsBachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field3-5 Years HR work experience in recruitment / HR operations (B2B Manufacturing- Fragrance & Flavours, Pharma, Cosmetics)Strong communication and coordination skillsKnowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATSProficiency in MS Office and HR systemsBasic knowledge of labour laws is an advantageNote: This role focuses on recruitment and HR operations.
