Finance Manager – Foreign SubsidiariesRole We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager – Foreign Subsidiaries to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance for overseas entities. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Ind AS, US GAAP, US taxation, export finance, and consolidated financial reporting, along with the ability to work closely with global stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Reporting & ConsolidationPrepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for foreign subsidiariesPerform group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and reconciliationsEnsure compliance with Ind AS, US GAAP, and IFRSSupport statutory audits and global reporting requirementsExport Finance & International Trade (Mandatory)Manage finance and accounting related to export transactions, including revenue recognition and documentationHandle export-related compliance such as LUT, GST refunds, duty drawback, and export incentives (as applicable)Coordinate with banks on foreign remittances, inward/outward payments, and export realizationEnsure proper accounting and reconciliation of foreign currency transactions and exchange differencesSupport documentation and compliance related to FEMA and RBI guidelinesUS & International TaxationManage US sales tax compliance (multi-state) including preparation, filing, and reconciliationHandle US payroll accounting and related journal entriesPrepare tax working papers including 1099 filings and withholding tax supportCoordinate with external tax advisors for US, UK, and other jurisdictionsAccounting Operations & ControlsOversee month-end and year-end close for foreign entitiesManage intercompany accounting, transfer pricing support, and reconciliationsEnsure strong internal controls and audit readinessQualifications & ExperienceEducationChartered Accountant (CA) – MandatoryExperience15+ years of post-qualification experienceStrong exposure to foreign subsidiaries / global accountingMust have hands-on experience in export finance and international trade accountingStrong expertise in Ind AS, US GAAP, and US taxationKey Skills (Updated)Ind AS, US GAAP, IFRSExport Finance & FEMA ComplianceForeign Currency Accounting & FX ExposureUS Sales Tax, Payroll & 1099Consolidation & Intercompany AccountingERP Systems: NetSuite / QuickBooks / SAP / Navision
