CAVITAK, powered by a dynamic team of 400+ passionate Cavs, thrives across diverse business verticals:Retail Distribution – Delivering leading mobile and consumer goods with unmatched reach.Value-Added Tech Distribution – Offering cutting-edge solutions in Audio & Video, Fire & PA, Security, Automation, Network Power Solutions.Global Commerce – Serving as a growth launchpad for both Global and Indian brands on major e-commerce platforms.As a Techno Commercial Lead – Security, you will blend Technical Expertise with Commercial Acumen to expand Cavitak’s Channel Network, strengthen key partnerships, and enhance the market presence of the Security Business Unit.What you will be doing :Drive sales and business growth for CCTV, Access Control & Integrated Security Solutions.Develop and manage Government Sales, Channel Partners, System Integrators, and Key Accounts.Provide Techno-Commercial Support — solution design, BOQ, and proposal presentations.Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.Collaborate internally for pricing, marketing, and post-sales coordination.Achieve defined Sales, Revenue, and Profitability Targets.Ability to build and maintain strong ties with Architects and ConsultantsWhat we are looking for :Qualification: B.E. / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, or related field.Experience: 5–7 years in CCTV, Access Control, or Integrated Security Solutions with a distributor, OEM, or SI.Strong technical and commercial acumen in security systems.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Location : Delhi
