This role combines operational management, team leadership, and event coordination to maintain high service standards while fostering a vibrant club environment.Key Responsibilities1) OperationsOversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth court management and service quality.Coordinate with vendors across café, wellness, and maintenance.2) Team ManagementSupervise ball boys, reception, and housekeeping staff to maintain high service standards.Manage bookings, POS systems, and client interactions for seamless service.3) Events & ReportingSupport tournaments, events, and community mixers.Report daily operations and updates to the COO.Key requirements:2+ years of experience in gyms, boutique hotels, or sports clubs.Proficient in booking and POS systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
