We design, develop, and deploy high-quality solutions that are tailored to meet the unique needs of businesses in SME, Enterprise, Government, and Public Sector verticals.Role OverviewYou will be responsible for managing key client accounts, ensuring high service satisfaction, handling renewals, and supporting sales growth opportunities. This role requires active coordination with internal technical teams, OEM/Distributor partners, and clients to ensure smooth service delivery and long-term business relationships.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Service SupportAct as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.Handle customer queries, complaints, escalation, and follow-ups.Conduct regular client engagement meetings and maintain relationship visibility.Contract & Renewal ManagementCoordinate with Sales Team, OEMs, and Distributors for pricing and quotes.Maintain renewal calendar and ensure no-lapse renewals.Sales Coordination & Upsell OpportunitiesWork closely with Sales/Pre-Sales Team to identify upsell / cross-sell possibilities.Understand client infrastructure and future project pipelines.Share leads or opportunities emerging from customer interactions.Internal CoordinationEnsure timely closure of service tickets & SLAs are tracked.Work with Accounts team for invoice submission and payment follow-ups.Documentation & ReportingMaintain updated records of client interactions, project status, and renewal data.Prepare weekly MIS reports on customer touchpoints, open issues, and revenue pipeline.Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong communication and client-handling skills.Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.Good understanding of IT Infrastructure / Networking / Cloud / Security products (added advantage).Experience working with OEMs/Distributors preferred.Problem-solving, time-management, and coordination skills.Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and basic documentation.Educational & Experience CriteriaGraduate / Postgraduate (Any discipline; technical background preferred).4+ years of experience in Customer Service / Client Relationship / Inside Sales roles.Experience in a System Integrator (SI) or IT Services company is highly preferred.Key AttributesCustomer-focused mindsetPositive and professional attitudeStrong follow-up and execution driveAbility to work in a target & SLA-based environmentWhy Join UsOpportunity to work with leading IT OEMs and Government clients.Growth-oriented role with performance-based rewards.Collaborative and professional work environment.
