The Purchase Director will oversee procurement processes, develop effective purchasing strategies, manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure the efficient sourcing of high-quality products and materials. The role involves evaluating supplier performance, maintaining compliance with company policies, and optimizing costs to meet business goals while upholding the company’s commitment to sustainability and quality.QualificationsStrong knowledge and expertise in Purchasing Processes, Procurement, and PurchasingMust be from FNB sector Should be able to handle Purshase of 100 cr Annually and have knowledge of opening stores in multiple cities especially North part of India .Proven experience in Purchase Management and Contract NegotiationExcellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance with company standardsSound understanding of sustainable sourcing and supply chain managementExperience within the food or coffee industry is a strong advantageBachelor's degree .
