Contract UKG Pro Implementation Specialist

Ulrick LLC partners with organizations to deliver clean, well-executed HR and payroll implementations. We are currently looking for a Contract UKG Pro Implementation Specialist to support active client implementations.This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who has real UKG Pro implementation experience and can operate independently in a consulting environment.Engagement: Contract / 1099 Location: Remote (US-based) Duration: 3–6 months with strong potential for extension Start: ASAPWhat You’ll DoLead or support end-to-end UKG Pro implementationsConfigure UKG Pro modules including Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefits, and Reporting/BIPartner directly with HR, Payroll, and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutionsSupport data migration including employee history, job and compensation data, balances, and documentsAssist with integrations including APIs, flat files, and third-party vendor feedsExecute testing including unit testing, parallel payroll, and UATSupport go-live and post-go-live stabilizationCreate documentation and support client training as neededWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of hands-on UKG Pro implementation experienceProven experience with payroll parallel testing and validationStrong understanding of UKG Pro configuration, data structures, and securityComfortable working independently in a contract or consulting roleStrong communication and client-facing skillsNice to HaveUKG Pro certificationsExperience migrating from ADP, Paychex, Sage, or WorkdayAPI or technical integration experienceExperience in multi-company or complex payroll environmentsPrior consulting or staff augmentation experienceWhy Work With Ulrick LLCFully remote, flexible contract workCompetitive hourly rates based on experienceOpportunity for contract extensions and future engagementsWork with a firm that values quality implementations and long-term client relationshipsInterested?
