Summarizing and analyzing financial/accounting information relating to income statements, balance sheets, profitability data, quality of earning, quality of net assets etcPreparing Excel data books and analyzing revenue, margins, costs, assets, liabilities with the objective of identifying key issues such as normalized earnings, net debt, Liabilities, net working capital trends, valuation model input assumptions, analysis of forecasts etcPreparation of due diligence reports highlighting key findings and presenting summary analysisCoordinating among various teams working on the engagement both in US and IndiaCreating strong relationships with clients and Target managementIdentify deal issues, assessing their impact on the transaction (valuation etc.) and advising on ways to address the issuesUnderstanding transaction structure and basis it advised on structuring issuesYOUR EXPERIENCEThe successful candidate will have:Qualified CA or MBA/PGDM in Finance from prestigious Business school2-4 Years of experience in Financial due diligence & advanced skills in MS ExcelExcellent accounting knowledge and strong understanding of financial statementsAbility to work independently and attention to detailsProficiency in speaking and writing EnglishWorking knowledge of MS Word and PowerPointData Analytics knowledgeShould be able to communicate with clients on the phone and emailIn addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job StandardsStudies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification.
