Senior Manager - Performance Marketing

The Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for developing and executing AND Academy’s performance marketing strategy aligned with short- and medium-term business goals. The role involves overseeing multi-platform digital campaigns, optimizing performance, exploring new growth channels, and leading a high-performing team to achieve measurable results.Job Description Formulate AND Academy’s performance marketing strategy based on short-term and medium-term business objectives, performance of past campaigns and budgets. Plan, coordinate and oversee performance marketing campaigns across all digital platforms. Maintain detailed daily/weekly reports for ongoing analysis and improvement of campaigns. Explore new channels and digital partnerships for boosting growth and lowering costs. Coordinate with internal stakeholders - own team members, other teams, department heads and external agencies - to meet agreed execution/implementation deadlines. Manage the Performance Marketing Team and the learning & development of team members.Qualifications No less than 7 years of relevant work experience, and at least 2 years’ experience of leading a team. Experience in the education sector and the design sector will be strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to use performance marketing to drive business objectives, and to prepare spreadsheet-based reports to measure and analyze campaign performance. Ability to effectively plan, implement, analyze, and fine-tune performance marketing campaigns. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, and a passion for performance marketing. Top-notch general IT skills, especially spreadsheets, and nativity with major online ad platforms Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to produce high-quality work within agreed deadlines. Maturity, self-motivation, and acute attention to detail Postgraduate degree from a reputed institutionWork Timings: 09.00 am – 06.00 pm (Monday thru Friday) 10.00 am - 05.00 pm (Sat) (2 Sat week off) Work Location:B26, Okhla Phase 1 Remuneration:As per industry standards and commensurate with skills & qualifications
