The role demands strong investment product knowledge, proven expertise in private wealth management, and the ability to deliver consistent business outcomes through partner engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, manage, and grow relationships with Private Wealth Channels, National Distributors, Family Offices, and key B2B partners in the Delhi region.Achieve AUM and revenue targets through deep engagement, product pitching, and investment advisory to partner stakeholders.Conduct regular market visits, portfolio discussions, and performance reviews with partners to strengthen business traction.Collaborate with product and investment teams to provide updated insights, market strategy, and product positioning to partners.Identify new business opportunities, activate dormant channels, and expand wallet share by building strategic engagement plans.Ensure high-quality partner servicing, timely query resolution, and maintaining strong long-term partnerships.Organize partner training programs, investment seminars, and knowledge sessions to enhance product awareness and drive business penetration.Track competition, market shifts, and partner performance to provide strategic inputs for regional planning.Maintain strong compliance standards, adhere to regulatory guidelines, and ensure ethical business conduct across all interactions.Required Skills & Qualifications8+ years of experience in Private Wealth / AMC / Mutual Funds / Investment Advisory roles.Strong understanding of mutual fund products, investment strategies, and financial markets.Proven experience in managing B2B relationships and driving business through private wealth channels.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.Demonstrated ability to work independently and deliver consistent business outcomes.MBA/PGDM in Finance or related field preferred; NISM certifications mandatory as per regulatory norms.
