The company plans to grow rapidly both in fast growing India as well as selected international markets of Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Europe.Role OverviewNeev Energy is seeking a high-potential leader of PMO function for supporting Delivery operations and performance management covering all ongoing and future projects.Ownership of all PMO key functions including: As part of Delivery Operations leadership team, own and coordinate Project reviews and cadence across all ongoing and new domestic and international projects Closely engage with projects and cross-functional teams to deliver consistent results in projectexecution, cost control, collections and quality assurance as per customer contracts. Provide all central/HQ support to field project teams Coordinate Customer billings and reconcilliations (alongwith finance team) Procurement & Vendor PO coordination(with SCM team) Management Reporting(MIS) Drive Quality Management systems/Audits Resource and Capacity Management for Delivery teams along with Project Manager’s Maintain Performance Management /Score card of Delivery teams· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project heads, Supply Chain, finance, QA, Product/Technology and sales teams to align goals, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth project delivery operations.Candidate ProfileEducation:Bachelors or preferably Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering / Science MBA (preferred)Experience:Minimum 12-15 years of relevant experience in leading Project and delivery operations for technology led EPC/SI projects to Central/State Govt, Municipal and Urban local bodies with atleast 5 years in leading PAN India/Global PMO function. Exposure to having managed projects in smart lighting solutions, IoT controllers, automation, utilities, or smart city markets is strongly preferred. Excellent communication, conflict management and stakeholder management skills. Strong delivery and commercial acumen to drive measures for projects profitability, cost discipline and avenues for productivity gains Having had prior experience in project management and highly skilled in using industry standard project management tools and productivity enhancement softwares for overall planning, tracking and reporting Proven track record for being analytically inclined and very good understanding of financial parameters and be able to explain business implications to project teams. Open to extensive travel to various customer project sites for governance reviews, tracking and follow-ups as required to support field project managers.
