Oversee payroll, attendance, HR documentation, and statutory compliances (EPF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Maintain employee records and handle HRMS updates Implement HR policies, employee engagement, and grievance handling. Monitor performance management systems and conduct appraisals. Coordinate training & development programs for workforce skill enhancement. Ensure labour law compliance and support factory-related HR audits. Handle disciplinary actions, safety, welfare, and work culture improvement. Liaise with management for manpower planning and organizational growth.Qualifications Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Human Resource or relevant field (MBA HR preferred). Minimum 2–5 years of experience in HR management (Factory / Production setup preferred) Strong knowledge of labour laws and factory compliance Excellent communication, leadership & interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office & HR management software.
