Corporate Media & Investor Relations Manager

Key Responsibilities-Media & PR (External Communications): • Develop and execute U.S.-focused media and communications strategies to increase TAC Security’s and CyberScope visibility. • Manage relationships with top-tier U.S. media outlets, journalists, and PR agencies. • Draft, edit, and distribute press releases, media kits, and thought-leadership articles. • Support corporate announcements (e.g., bonus issue, partnerships, product launches) with U.S. media coverage. • Align messaging with global brand and regulatory requirements.Investor Relations (Capital Markets): • Act as a bridge between TAC Security, CyberScope and U.S. investors, analysts, and financial media. • Prepare investor-facing materials including presentations, fact sheets, press releases, and FAQs. • Coordinate financial communications, earnings releases, and analyst briefings. • Monitor U.S. market sentiment, investor queries, and competitor communication strategies. • Support the leadership team during U.S. roadshows, conferences, and investor meetings.Cross-functional Leadership: • Work closely with CEO, Chief of Staff, Finance, and PR/IR advisors. • Ensure consistency of key messages across press, social media, and investor channels. • Provide insights to leadership on U.S. capital market trends and media opportunities.
