Responsibilities include franchise sales, business planning, lead generation, and providing training to new and existing dealers. The role involves fostering strong relationships with dealers to ensure mutual growth and success.Qualifications Experience in escooter sales and dealer network development in Delhi NCR AREA Proficiency in Business Planning and implementing strategies for dealer development. Strong skills in Lead Generation to expand the dealer and franchise network. Expertise in conducting Training programs and workshops for dealers to ensure high performance and alignment with company standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Capability to work independently as well as in a hybrid work environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Knowledge of the New Delhi region and its market trends is an advantage.
