Committed to excellence, KRTC continues to be a driving force in railway technology and development.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position located in New Delhi for a Bid and Proposal Executive role. The Bid and Proposal Executive will oversee the development and management of bid processes from initiation to submission. Day-to-day tasks include preparing bid documents, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, managing proposal writing, and ensuring submissions meet compliance and deadlines. The Bid Manager will also be responsible for analyzing bidding strategies, improving proposal content, and maintaining clear communication across all involved parties to secure successful outcomes.QualificationsProven skills in Bid Preparation, Bid Management, and guiding bid strategiesExperience with Bid Writing and Proposal ManagementInterpret RFP/RFQ requirements and develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and schedules.Ensure proposals are aligned with KRTC branding, messaging, and strategic positioning.Facilitate proposal kick-off meetings, reviews, and debriefs.Strong understanding of Bid Processes and managing end-to-end activitiesExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in using relevant software and tools for bid and proposal managementFamiliarity with railway and infrastructure sectors is highly advantageousBachelor’s degree in CIVIL Engineering only,with 4-6 Yrs of Core Bid Proposal and Bid Process Management Support teaming arrangements and coordinate with external partners when applicable.Support proposal e-bid submission process.Email to hr@ with complete CV and Experience Details
