Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement HR policies aligned with organizational goals and compliance requirements. Manage end-to-end recruitment across departments including operations, marketing, sales, content, and support roles. Conduct onboarding, orientation, and ensure seamless integration of new hires. Handle employee relations, manage conflicts, and support a healthy, productive work environment. Maintain attendance, leave records, and provide accurate payroll inputs. Coordinate performance evaluations, feedback cycles, and development plans. Ensure HR processes follow legal and regulatory requirements. Plan and execute employee engagement activities to strengthen culture and retention. Work with management on workforce planning and talent development.
