Job Description:
We are looking for a 360° Client Servicing Manager with strong experience managinggovernment accounts , overseeing end-to-end campaign execution across print, digital, and events. The role requires excellent coordination, communication, and project management skills to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day communication and coordination with government clients, ministries, PSUs, and government bodies. Handle complete project lifecycle — brief understanding, planning, execution, and timely delivery. Coordinate with internal teams (creative, design, production, digital, media, and events) for seamless execution of campaigns. Prepare project timelines, workflow trackers, and status reports for ongoing deliverables. Ensure all communication, creatives, and collaterals meet government guidelines and quality standards. Support 360° delivery across print, digital, social media, AVs, events, and exhibitions. Manage approvals, documentation, compliance, and submission of required government formats. Build strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction.Requirements Mandatory:Prior experience working withgovernment clients , government communication/IEC campaigns, or government tenders. 6 –10 years of experience in Client Servicing, preferably in an advertising or 360° communication agency. Strong understanding of print, digital, media, and event processes. Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Familiarity with government procedures, documentation, and approval workflows.
