Location: Sultanpur, New Delhi (Landmark - MG Road, Near Chattarpur) Job Type: Full-Time Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM⸻Responsibilities Responsibilities- • Inspect and evaluate customer articles (sneakers, footwear, handbags, and luxury accessories) to determine required services and provide accurate estimates. • Communicate service options clearly to customers and upsell additional restoration or protection services where appropriate. • Develop technical expertise in luxury brands and restoration techniques to enhance service suggestions. • Coordinate with the backend workshop team and technicians to ensure accurate processing of customer articles. • Support the customer support team by providing rough estimates for online queries received by the sales team. • Maintain consistent communication with customers via chat and phone to explain inspection results and service procedures.• Ensure high-quality client handling with professionalism and attention to detail. • Stay informed about the latest trends in luxury brands, restoration methods, and customer care best practices.Requirements- • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional and customer-friendly approach. • Keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to inspecting customer articles. • Ability to understand and explain technical service options and restoration procedures. • Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of luxury brands, restoration techniques, and premium materials. • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in luxury retail, e-commerce, or a service-oriented industry, is a plus. • Proficiency in handling customer interactions over chat and phone. • Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and ensure accuracy under tight timelines. • 1–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or technical roles involving luxury goods.
