About the Role: We are looking for an experiencedoRTB professionalto manage and expand ourprogrammatic advertising ecosystem . The role involves onboarding and managingDemand-Side Platforms (DSPs)andSupply-Side Platforms (SSPs) , ensuring smooth integrations, optimizing ad performance, and driving revenue growth.Key Responsibilities: Identify, negotiate, and onboard newDSP and SSP partners . Manage end-to-endintegration processesfor programmatic deals. Monitor and optimize campaign delivery, fill rates, and eCPM performance. Work with internal tech and account teams to ensureseamless ad serving . Analyze traffic data and performance metrics to maximize yield. Stay updated on programmatic trends, ad tech tools, and market developments.Requirements: 1–3 years of experience inoRTB, programmatic advertising, or ad tech . Hands-on knowledge ofDSP/SSP operations and integrations . Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills. Familiarity withad exchanges, bid requests, and header bidding .Nice to Have: Experience with tools likeBidscube, Adkernal,Google Ad Manager, Xandr, PubMatic, OpenX, or Magnite . Understanding ofCPC, CPM, and CPA models .
