Organisation DescriptionWork With Dignity® Foundation is dedicated to fostering workplaces across India where respect, fairness, and inclusion thrive.Foundation has been created with the mission to inspire a movement that transforms India into a nation where every individual has an opportunity to Work with Dignity.We are committed to bring together leaders and passionate individuals from the government, corporate and nonprofit sectors to create an inclusive ecosystem where fair and equal opportunities are accessible to all.You will be joining a mission driven organization and have the opportunity to shape and be a part of a transformatory movement.Role DescriptionWe are looking for people who are passionate about making a difference and driving impact for social and economic change.Location: DelhiKey Strategic Responsibilities:Oversee strategic initiatives, from development through successful execution, under the guidance of senior leadership and the CEO.Assist and communicate with internal & external stakeholders in decision-making, program management and initiative implementation.Track and Publish strategic performance parameters periodically, report highlights & lowlights and initiate corrective measures, preventive measures for shortfalls (if any).Publish success stories & Celebrate them among internal and external stakeholders.Build & Implement a Proprietary Dignified Work Place Program & Practices for Work PlacesBuild & Implement a Capacity Building Bridge Course for Empowerment of Work Force with Work Ethics & Productivity Hacks to ensure their dignity at workplaces.Build and manage partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and government institutions to advance WWD’s mission and programs.Identify and develop new collaboration opportunities that create shared value and impact.Represent WWD at external forums, meetings, and events to strengthen institutional relationships.Desired Experience/ competencies:Excellent communication & Relationship building skillsExperience in managing Institutional RelationshipsProven project management skillsStrategic and critical thinking skillsPositive Attitude with Entrepreneurial ApproachResult Driven and Quality Oriented – having bias for action.Team Player and Self Driven
