Location: Sector 18, Noida | Type: Full-Time, On-SiteDesignation: Client Relationship Manager(MBA – Marketing from a reputed college | Excellent Communication | Polite & Professional Conduct | Salary No Bar)KRAs:1️⃣ Client Relationship Management (Primary KRA)Maintain strong, positive, and long-term relationships with all existing clients.Act as the single point of contact for client queries, updates, and coordination.Ensure timely and proactive communication with clients regarding ongoing matters.Conduct regular follow-up calls/emails to maintain engagement and satisfaction.Ensure no client grievance remains unattended for more than 24 hours.Maintain detailed call logs, meeting notes, and client interaction reports.2️⃣ Client Experience & RetentionEnsure seamless onboarding experience for new clients.Gather periodic feedback and prepare client satisfaction reports.Assist the management in improving client experience based on feedback trends.Ensure all commitments made to clients are fulfilled on time by coordinating internally.3️⃣ Communication & Presentation (Crucial KRA)Draft professionally correct emails, proposals, and communication documents.Maintain polite, refined, and respectful communication at all times—both verbal & written.Prepare client-ready presentations, briefs, and summary notes when needed.Represent the firm professionally during client meetings, webinars, or external interactions.4️⃣ Coordination With Internal TeamsCoordinate with legal, tax, admin, and HR teams to ensure smooth handling of client matters.Track the status of ongoing client work and provide timely updates to management & clients.Follow up on pending tasks internally and ensure timely completion.5️⃣ Marketing & Branding Support (Non-Sales but Marketing Oriented)Support management in planning and executing branding and relationship-building activities.Assist in coordinating seminars, webinars, corporate events, and client meets.Work with the team to enhance brand presence on LinkedIn & other platforms (non-sales).Identify potential networking opportunities (NO cold sales).6️⃣ Documentation & CRM RecordsMaintain proper and updated CRM database at all times.Update client records, follow-up schedules, and meeting trackers.Prepare weekly & monthly CRM reports for management review.7️⃣ Professional Etiquette & BehaviourMaintain polite, patient, and empathetic behavior with all clients.Avoid any miscommunication, delayed responses, or impolite tone.Maintain confidentiality of all client data and uphold professionalism.If you are looking to work in a dynamic legal environment and grow your career with a professional team, we would love to connect!Interested candidates can send their CVs to hr@
