We are seeking a dynamic and experiencedAssistant Vice President (AVP) – Loanswith strong expertise inWorking CapitalandLoan Against Property (LAP) . The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage key client relationships, and ensure high-quality credit assessment and portfolio management. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and grow theWorking CapitalandLAPloan portfolio. Source new business through direct channels, connectors, and relationship networks. Conduct detailed financial analysis, credit evaluation, and due diligence for loan proposals. Structure deals, negotiate terms, and ensure timely closure of cases. Collaborate with credit, legal, operations, and risk teams to ensure smooth processing. Monitor portfolio performance, early warning signals, and delinquency management. Maintain strong client relationships and deliver superior customer experience. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies. Required Qualifications & SkillsGraduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. 5–10 years of experiencein Working Capital loans, SME lending, and LAP. Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and collateral evaluation. Proven track record of achieving business targets in secured lending. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
