The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working withgovernment clients, ministries, or public sector bodies, and a proven record in executingintegrated marketing campaignsacrosscontent, paid media, PR, and social media.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of10–12 client servicing executives, driving performance and excellence in delivery. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships withgovernment ministries and institutional clients. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams —creative, content, PR, and digital marketing— to ensure smooth project execution. Develop client strategies and campaign plans aligned with brand and communication objectives. Oversee campaign performance, prepare comprehensive reports, and deliver impactful client presentations. Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables while ensuring client satisfaction.Requirements10+ years of experienceinClient Servicing / Account Managementwithin amarketing or advertising agency. Mandatory experienceworking withgovernment or ministry accounts. Demonstrated experience managing teams of10+ professionals. Excellent communication skills inEnglish and Hindi. Deep understanding ofdigital marketing, content creation, PR strategy, and paid media campaigns.
