Role Overview: We’re looking for adetail-oriented freelancerto help manage and organize brand inventory line sheets in Excel and upload them according toVYLA’s internal guidelines. The role involves vetting product data, color codes, category mapping, and ensuring product listings meet platform standards before going live. Responsibilities: Fill and format brand inventory sheets in Excel according to VYLA’s structure. Categorize products accurately (Indian wear, Western wear, Accessories, etc.). Ensure all SKUs, size sets, color codes, and hero images are correctly inserted. Maintain naming, color, and size formats as per VYLA’s cataloging standards. Coordinate with brand teams to verify missing or incorrect details. Prepare products for upload to the VYLA backend. Skills Required: Strong Excel / Google Sheets proficiency Experience in cataloging or inventory uploads for e-commerce (preferred) Understanding of product categories and visual merchandising Eye for detail and consistency in data entry Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets
