Sneakwear is expanding the team!We’re looking for aBrand Operations Managerto join our fast growing sneaker e-commerce brand. This role is perfect for someone who’s sharp, organized, and hungry to grow. Someone who wants to work directly with the founder at an e-commerce brand from the inside.What You’ll DoHandle customer sales and communication (Calls, WhatsApp, Instagram) Manage daily operations Oversee Shopify listings, prices, and order updates Coordinate with our partners to keep deliverables on track Assist with accounts, vendor coordination, and weekly reporting Take ownership and solve problems independently (we value initiative > instructions)Who You AreBased in Delhi/NCR (in office role) Fluent in English (spoken + written) Self driven, organized, and proactive Comfortable with or eager to learn Shopify, Instagram, and Google Sheets 2 years of experience in sales, operations, or e-commerce preferred Passionate about workingin a startup and growing in the e-commerce/D2C spacePerks & Details• Compensation: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 35,000/month • Full time • Location: DelhiWe’re expanding the team, if you’re interested in the e-commerce and D2C space, join us!
