The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the IT or software services domain, excellent organisational abilities, and the confidence to manage cross-functional communication between technical and business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day project activities, meetings, and documentation. Act as a bridge between clients, developers, QA, and management to ensure smooth project communication. Maintain project timelines, track deliverables, and update status reports. Prepare and organise project documentation (SOWs, MOMs, reports, trackers). Schedule and facilitate internal and client meetings; share minutes and follow-up action points. Assist in preparing proposals, client updates, and progress summaries. Support in resource allocation, timesheet tracking, and project planning activities. Ensure all communication and documentation adhere to company and client standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. 1–2 years of experience in project coordination within an IT/software services company. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency a must). Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable using tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Slack. Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodology. Ability to handle multiple stakeholders and manage priorities effectively.Preferred SkillsExposure to client communication and reporting. Familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems.
