Collaborate closely withengineering, design, and AI research teamsto turn cutting-edge ideas into real, scalable products. Engage directly with clientsto understand their business use cases, translate requirements into actionable workflows, and guide implementation end-to-end. Drivedata-informed decisionsusing SQL and analytics to identify opportunities and measure impact. Manage sprint planning, prioritization, and delivery usingJIRA, ensuring alignment across all teams. UseFigma and other design toolsto validate user flows, prototypes, and usability improvements. Define, track, and analyze key metrics to evaluate feature success and continuously improve product performance.What You Bring 4+ years of product management experience, with proven success in shipping and scaling software products. Hands-on experience working with LLMs (Large Language Models)or AI-driven product features. Strong technical understanding ofAI workflows, prompt engineering, or model integration. Proficiency inJIRAfor agile project management andSQLfor data-driven insights. Working knowledge ofFigmaand design principles to bridge the gap between design and functionality. Excellent communication and client-facing skills - you can simplify technical details and build trust with both internal teams and external stakeholders. Bachelor’s / Master’s degree inComputer Science, Engineering, Design, Business, or related field.Bonus Points Experience inFinTech, SaaS, or Enterprise Automation. Familiarity withemerging AI frameworks, model APIs, and workflow orchestration tools.
