Having worked with 500+ clients and touch based with over 20 lakhs lives to date we are looking for a dynamic and committed Customer Success Manager.To learn more about us please visit Responsibilities: ● Responsible for engagement of at least 20 accounts (about 35-40 lakhs of annual business) ● Building Strong Relationship with L1 ● Should be able to plan & execute all webinars/programs/campaigns (Engagement overall) ● Should be able to do Launches ● Should be able to analyze the data, create reports and send ● Should be able to do Mentoring of CSM-1 ● Should be able to do Engagement Discussions without the presence of SCSM and Report discussions if required ● Be a part of some important process ● Should be able to travel ● Escalation handling ● Should be able drive High Retention in his/her portfolio of accounts. ● Should be able to Report Red flags ● Should be able to collaborate with cross functional teams.Requirements: ● Graduation/Post Graduation ● Graduation is Psychology field is a plus ● 1-3 years of experience required in Customer Success, Business Development, Client Management, or any other similar domain ● Basic knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets ● Basic knowledge in Psychology ● Prioritization skills (Time Management) ● Communication - Able to communicate and write well ● Active Listening - Able to listen, understand and then respond appropriately ● Presentation skills & Planning Skills
