A Government of India recognized Three Star Export house with a proven track record in exports to the United States for more than 30 yearsRole Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Freight Broker Traffic Manager based in New Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Freight Broker Traffic Manager will be responsible for managing freight brokerage operations, overseeing dispatching processes, ensuring effective customer service, and handling account management. Key responsibilities include facilitating freight transactions, liaising with carriers and clients, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring efficient logistics operations. Ultimate goal is to provide better service to the customer and cost saving to the Company.Qualifications Proficiency in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage operations Strong Customer Service and Account Management skills Experience with Dispatching and coordinating logistics Excellent communication and organizational abilities Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to dynamic situations Familiarity with freight industry regulations and standards is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
