From flight planning and permits to ground handling and concierge coordination, we ensure seamless end-to-end support for every mission. We're expanding our leadership team and are looking for a strategic and operationally driven General Manager – Operations to take the helm of our operational division. Job Summary As the General Manager – Operations , you will oversee all aspects of flight support operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and service excellence. With your deep operational knowledge and valid Flight Dispatch License, you’ll lead a team of dispatchers, operations coordinators, and support staff to deliver world-class services 24/7. This is a key leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO or Director. Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and scale the day-to-day operations of OCC Supervise and do the flight planning, permits, weather briefing, slot coordination, and fuel arrangements globally. Ensure all dispatch activities comply with aviation regulations and internal SOPs. Optimize operational workflows and implement process improvements for service efficiency. Liaise with clients, vendors, authorities, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely trip execution. Develop and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and customer service. Maintain and update dispatch training standards; conduct internal audits as necessary. Handle irregular operations, client escalations, and last-minute mission changes with composure. Support business development and client retention through operational excellence. Required Qualifications Flight Dispatch License (DGCA, FAA, EASA, or equivalent recognized certification). Minimum 7–10 years of progressive experience in flight operations, trip support, or aviation dispatch. Proven leadership experience in managing 24/7 operations teams. Strong knowledge of global aviation regulations, airspace structures, and international trip planning. Excellent organizational, communication, and decision-making skills. Tech-savvy, with experience using flight planning and dispatch systems (e.g., ARINC, RocketRoute, PPS, etc.). Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a business aviation or trip support company. Multilingual capabilities are a plus. Crisis management and operational contingency planning experience. Why Join Us?
