Job Title: Managing Director Reports To: Board of Directors / Group Chief Operating Officer Business Function/Sub Function: Business Operations Location: Noida, India Position Overview: The Managing Director will lead the Global Shared Services overall business strategy, infrastructure expansion, and operational performance, ensuring alignment with global standards. This role requires a visionary, results-driven leader capable of translating the companies mission into measurable outcomes, delivering sustainable growth, and enhancing the organization’s global footprint. People Leadership & Talent Development Qualifications: • 20–25 years of senior leadership experience, preferably in education, institutional services, or largescale corporate operations. • Demonstrated success in turning around businesses, driving global expansion, and managing large P&L responsibilities. • Proven expertise in strategic planning, operational excellence, and process transformation. • Strong experience in stakeholder management, global collaborations, and infrastructure delivery. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and change leadership skills. • MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
